How do I copy an existing template page from another proposal?
Editing allows you to make small tweaks or even create a totally new page. Before beginning, it is important to understand that template pages can only be copied from templates that share overlapping project types. Thus, a template page in a solar only proposal can be copied to any proposal that supports the project type solar, ie, solar + storage, solar + EE, solar + storage+EE. Moreover, if you have a solar + storage + EE proposal, then a page from that template can only be copied to other templates that support solar + storage + EE proposal.
It is strongly suggested to design your first template pages on solar only (or storage/EE only) templates so that the pages can be more easily copied to other templates
To start editing, it's wise to ensure that you're working on an existing template's duplicate.
Select the Proposal template you'd like to edit, ensure it is not locked!
Click the add page button at the bottom of the pages list.
Select the option on the right Copy.
Utilize the dropdowns to select the Template to copy from and the page you'd like to copy.
Select Add Page to add the selected page to your proposal template.
