What building types are available in EverBright?

Building types are available in the Address Phase of the EverBright platform. They can be set for both Residential and Commercial jobs.

How do I set a building type?

You can set a building type by opening the “Job Info” accordion in the Address Phase.

You’ll see a dropdown for “Building Type” on the bottom row.

 

What building types are available?

For Residential projects the following types are available:

  • Single Family Detached

  • Single Family Attached

  • Apartment (2 to 4 units)

  • Apartment (5 units or more)

  • Mobile Home

For Commercial projects the following types are available:

  • Small Office

  • Medium Office

  • Large Office

  • Warehouse

  • Stand Alone Retail

  • Primary School

  • Secondary School

  • Supermarket

  • Strip Mall

  • Quick Service Restaurant

  • Full Service Restaurant

  • Hospital

  • Outpatient Health Care

  • Midrise Apartment

  • Small Hotel

  • Large Hotel

What does setting a building type do?

If you set a building type for your job then typical usage baselines for that building type will apply to the Usage Phase.

How does it work with interval data?

If you add historical usage data in the Usage Phase then the projected usage will recalculate utilizing the entered data and the baseline.
