How do I look up an existing lead or switch between jobs?
Search
Search existing leads using the search bar in the upper left. Simply start typing a name or address to find and select an existing job.
The search bar brings you these key benefits:
No back and forth between jobs & pipelines. The new search bar is accessible from both jobs and the pipeline, so you don't have to go back and forth to pipeline to access different jobs and switch between them.
Flexible lookup. Search jobs based on address or contact information like name, email, or phone number. You can also search based on EverBright ID.
Fast results. The new search bar gets you results as soon as you begin typing so you can quickly find and switch between jobs.
Pipeline
Click Pipeline in the upper right to see a list of all jobs. A few notes on the pipeline:
Most recently updated jobs will appear at the top.
Filters are available to focus on in certain parts of the pipeline.
Reps will see all their assigned jobs.
Managers will see all jobs in the company account.
