How do I create a proposal?

To create a new proposal, ensure you are on the proposal page and then start by selecting a quote. You may add up to three (3) quotes to each proposal for comparison.

Once you have a quote selected, you will be able to confirm the template being used and create the proposal.

To view or change templates, click Change Template and then click on a template to switch.

When you have the relevant proposal template confirmed and selected, you can Generate, Email, or Preview PDF.

  • Generate creates a proposal link you can view and send to the homeowner. MyProposal links are web- and mobile-friendly! Once created, you can also download the proposal as a PDF.

  • Email generates the proposal link and includes it in an email sent to the primary contact. You can view and edit email content and send address.

  • Preview PDF opens a PDF preview link. From here you can copy the link or download the proposal.
