How can I add Charts to the Proposal Template?

On top of adding metrics and data tables, it's also possible to add predesigned charts to proposal templates! Easily present Cost, Usage, Shading, and Offset data visually and beautifully on proposals - showing full details with only a couple of clicks!

How do I add a chart?

To add a chart to a proposal, you may follow these steps:

  1. Go to a proposal template that you wish to edit

  2. Select the page where you'd like to add a chart (you can also copy a page or add a new blank page)

  3. Click Edit on the upper right side of the screen

  1. Once the menu loads, click Insert > chose Chart > and then select the chart that you'd like to have on your proposal options are:

    1. Categorized Usage Chart - Monthly and Daily

    2. Daily Energy Profile Chart - Typical Day and Yearly Average

    3. Energy Costs over Comparable Value Years

    4. Pre + Postproject Average Utility Bill Yr1

    5. Savings Chart over Comparable Value Years

    6. Sunroof Yearly Imagery

    7. Utility Cost over Comparable Value Year

    8. Usage Offset Chart - Annual and Monthly

  2. This will insert a dynamic chart of your choosing, on the template.

Can I resize the chart?

Yes! You can select between two sizes of each chart - Standard and Large. You will see both options on the insert menu when you’re adding the chart to the proposal page.

Standard: same size as charts are currently in proposal templates

Large: fills the most space given the width of the page
