Submit Feedback - Proposal Customization

The point of sale is a great place to gather feedback on your business. That’s why we’ve made it easy in our customized proposal tool to source customer feedback from your customers!

The Submit Feedback page is not included in any of the EverBright default proposal templates, so if you want to add it you will need to create a new proposal.

Once you’ve created the proposal you’d like to add the feedback request to you can either

Add it to an existing proposal page:

Let’s say you want to add it to the Next Steps page,

  1. Navigate to the page you want to edit

  2. Click edit on the top right

  3. Make sure my cursor is where you want to form to go

  4. Click Insert > Customer Actions > Submit Feedback

  5. You see the form appear

  6. Click Save

 

Add it to a new proposal page:

  1. Follow the appropriate steps to create a new proposal page:

  2. Click edit on the top right

  3. Make sure my cursor is where you want to form to go

  4. Click Insert > Customer Actions > Submit Feedback

  5. You see the form appear

  6. Click Save

     

Setting the feedback recipients:

For non-locked proposal templates, you can choose who the feedback goes to when a customer submits a feedback through the proposal. For locked templates, the default recipient is the Job Owner.

  1. Navigate to the Templates tab of the Proposal Phase in Settings

  2. Select the three dots to the left of the proposal template you’d like to set the feedback recipients for

  3. A Set Recipients For Proposal modal will open, the recipient will default to the Job Owner

     

  4. To have the feedback sent to someone else, use Custom to manually enter an email address of the appropriate recipient in your company.

  5. Save all changes made to the Recipients through the green Save button.
