Customize the Proposal Template
Easy-to-use proposal builder that lets you quickly create custom templates with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

Module Customization Tab
In the Module Customization tab, you will find customizable modules where you can edit the content to display within your templates.
About Us
Add your company bio and any certification, association, logos that you want to show off in your template here!
Testimonials
Click the + New Testimonial button to add customer quotes!
The first five will display in your Testimonial module. You can click and drag the quotes to reorder.
Edit the Proposal Template
Users with Admin permission can access a proposal builder by clicking the gear icon to open Settings. Click Proposal Phase on the left in Settings and go to the New Templates tab.
Duplicate the EverBright solar or solar + storage template to create a custom template. The project type is copied with your template.
Click on the unlocked proposal template you want to customize to open the Builder.
Using the Builder
The template Builder lets users customize how information is presented in the proposal template using new Sections and Modules.
Sections and Modules
The new Proposal template is composed of Sections that are made up of Modules. Sections are like pages, but since the Proposal is a continuous scrolling experience, we call them Sections. Modules are the different components that you can add to a section.
With Sections, Users Can:
Click on a Section to jump to that Section within the Builder.
Rename Sections.
Add, delete, or reorder Sections.
With Modules, Users Can:
View all available Module options.
Drag and drop modules into a Section.
Create a New Section
Use the New Section button to create a New Section. Or click on the + icon above any of the existing Sections.
A modal then prompts the user to name the Section and select a Section Layout.
Edit Sections
Users can also click Edit Section Layout in the top right corner of a section to change the layout.
Add Modules to a Section
Click on the Modules tab to view all available Modules. Users can also expand and collapse the Module menu.
And easily drag and drop Modules into a Section.
*Users can only select a Module eligible to fit within the Section layout. The space within a section will light up blue, indicating the Module can be added to that position.
Edit Modules
Users can edit modules like Color Block, Animation, and Images. Use the Pencil Icon in the top right corner of the Module to edit.
Animation
Users can select different Animations that play on a loop.
Images
Users can choose from a selection of Images or upload a custom image.
Preview the New Template
After customizing the template, users can Preview the template and see what the actual Proposal will look like for the customer.
To Preview the template within the Builder, click the Preview button in the top right corner.
Preview on Multiple Devices
Users can view the template in Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile mode using the icon buttons in the top left corner of the Preview.
