Why isn't a product offering in the dropdown?

If you are unable to select a product offering from the drop down menu for financing products, it could be that the product is not eligible for your site or system. To check the product eligibility for the site and system, you can click on the bell icon on the right side of your screen.



You can then click on the bell icon to see all the products that a job is eligible for, as well as the ones that are not. Here's an example of how it will look like:



If you scroll down on this list, you'll see the products a job is ineligible for marked in red. Here's how it would look like:

We can confirm this on the Quote page, where we will see that Sunlight 25yr 4.49% and Sunlight 20yr 3.99% options can't be seen on the drop down menu (alphabetically arranged):

Financial product eligibility configuration

Your Organization's Product:

Product eligibility configurations for your organization's financial products are configured by your account administrator and your EverBright account manager. If financial products do not appear eligible but you believe they should be, then please submit a request to EverBright support.

Financier's Product:

Product eligibility may be set by a financier. If you are using a financier's financial product and it is not appearing as eligible but you believe that it should be, then please contact the financier's representative and submit a request.
