How do I archive a Project?

You may have created a project with the wrong Input Mode, or you may have duplicated a project to test some theories out, and now that you have it figured out you no longer need the project's duplicate. Regardless of the reason, you can archive a project to keep your slate clean. We've made it easy on EverBright. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Project phase.

  2. Check existing Projects

  3. Select the Project/s that you'd like to Archive. In the screenshot below, we'll be archiving the projects named: Equipment Input Mode and Project Copy

  4. Make sure the Project that you'd like to archive is selected, and then click options (this is the icon with three dots aligned vertically). Notice that we can only archive one project at a time, for this example, we will archive Project Copy. For reference, please see the screenshot below.

  5. Select Archive.

  6. A pop-up window will appear, confirming if you'd like to archive the Project. You will also be notified if any quote or contract is associated with the Project. Once you're sure, you can select Archive Project to confirm.

You're done!

What will happen if a project I'm trying to archive is linked to an active contract?

If any active quote/s, proposal/s, or contract/s are linked to the project you're trying to delete, these will be listed and you'll be notified on the pop-up window, as shown on the screenshot below:
