How can I see homeowner interactions with a proposal?

Installers now have visibility into a homeowner’s interactions with their proposal. An email will be sent to whomever is assigned to the proposal phase of the project when a homeowner is actively viewing the proposal. Additional information regarding homeowner interactions with a proposal can be viewed on the Proposal phase of the project, as seen in the top right of the screenshot below.

Active viewers are listed in the “Viewers” count, while the “Last Viewed” date is listed adjacently. Clicking “Full Customer Details” below in blue will open a window granting fuller insight.

Note that you can see total individual viewers, the date and time of first and most recent viewership, total time spent viewing, total views, as well as the time of the most recent proposal download. If next steps have been taken, feedback has been received, or the homeowner has submitted a referral, these actions will also be marked with a date and time in this window.
